Guys -

Tom Sosnoff discussed this issue at the start (about 10 mins in) of the Wednesday chat. It is after he discusses the OCC coding changes and Forex leverage margining. In particular, he discusses how they seem to require condors be perfectly balanced to get margining offsets - especially a problem with overlapping strikes in complex spread positions.

They are strongly fighting these rules. "You can't eat peanuts in Georgia!!!"
